By accessing or using BioAnalysis.ca ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BioAnalysis.ca provides automated bacterial genomics analysis services. Users upload FASTQ sequencing files and receive computational analysis reports including species identification, genome assembly, gene annotation, and antimicrobial resistance detection.
BioAnalysis.ca is intended for research purposes only. Reports generated by this platform are not intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or direct patient care. AMR detection results must be confirmed with phenotypic susceptibility testing. BioAnalysis.ca is not a certified clinical diagnostic laboratory.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain full ownership of all sequencing data you upload. BioAnalysis.ca does not claim ownership of your data. Uploaded files are stored securely and deleted after 30 days unless otherwise requested.
Analysis fees are charged per job at the selected tier rate. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are available if the analysis fails to produce a valid report due to a platform error. Refunds are not available for low-quality input data.
BioAnalysis.ca provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our analysis reports, including but not limited to incorrect species identification, missed resistance genes, or assembly errors.
