Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per sample at the tier you choose for that analysis. There is no monthly fee and no minimum number of samples.
What is free?
Every new account can run 3 analyses free, with no credit card required to sign up.
Does the price include sequencing?
No. Prices cover the analysis of FASTQ files you already have. Sequencing is done by your core facility or sequencing provider.
What if an analysis fails?
If an analysis fails to produce a valid report because of a platform error, it is refunded. Analyses that stop because the input data is unusable, for example the wrong primers or reads too short to merge, are not refunded, but the report explains the cause so you can correct and resubmit.
