Account Data: Email address, name, institution (optional), and account preferences.
Sequencing Data: FASTQ files you upload for analysis. This is your scientific data and we treat it with the highest confidentiality.
Usage Data: Log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for security and service improvement.
Payment Data: Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Your sequencing data is used solely to perform the analysis you requested. We do not use your genomics data for any other purpose. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
All data is stored on servers located in Finland (EU) via Hetzner Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Uploaded FASTQ files and analysis results are retained for 30 days after job completion. After this period, files are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data and analysis results at any time. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
